Application process 2020

Apply for your conference ticket by June 15, 2020!

EuroCarBody is the world's most important conference for car body engineering. However, the number of conference tickets is limited. Our goal is to give representatives of many different companies the opportunity to participate. This is why, we have again implemented an application procedure for delegates in 2020:

Interested attendees will not be admitted to the conference "on a first come, first serve basis”. Instead, all conference registrations will be collected in a pool of applicants by June 15, 2020. Immediately after this date, all applicants will be informed about their conference participation.

An exception to the application process will be made for representatives of automotive manufacturers who actively support the Automotive Circle. They will be admitted to the conference if the registration has been received by June 15, 2020.

How do I apply?

Please apply online via the registration form. All registrations received by June 15, 2020 will automatically participate in the application process.

When do I receive news about my participation?

Representatives of automotive manufacturers, who actively support the Automotive Circle, will get direct access to the conference when their registration has been received by June 15, 2020 at the very latest.

Representatives from suppliers, service providers or institutes will be informed about their admittance by June 15, 2020 at the very latest. With approval, the official confirmation of participation will be issued. Parallel the invoice will be sent and the credit card will be charged.

\\ Conference fees include

Fees including the conference materials as well as the authority for downloading the presentations on the internet. Also included are coffee and lunch breaks as well as the participation in the evening networking events.

\\ Cancellations

Fees will be refunded in full if notice of cancellation is received by 19 September 2020. 50 % of the conference fees will be refunded in case notification of cancellation is received later, but not later than 5 October 2020. Delegates who fail to attend without notifying the organiser will be liable for the whole conference fees. Substitutions of delegates from the same company may be made at any time. Cancellations and changes should be notified in writing. In all cases postmark shall apply. Any fees to be refunded will be paid after the end of the conference. The organiser reserves the right to change the programme content or to cancel the event due to important reasons. Cancellation fees of third parties that may appear in this context will not be reimbursed. In case of exceptional circumstances ("for good reasons") the organizer reserves the right to changes of programme or the cancellation of the event. In particular, the organizer is obligated to take such measures entitled, in cases of force majeure, due to official orders, in case of a hazardous situation for life, body or health of the participants. In these cases there is no obligation for the organizer to pay damages and / or reimbursement of expenses to the participants. In particular this applies to any cancellation fees of third parties (e.g. hotel bookings, train or flight tickets).

\\ Data Protection

Vincentz Network produces a list of delegates for each event which may include the following information: company name, address (zip code, city, country), name and job function of delegate. This list of delegates will be made available for all conference delegates, speakers,exhibitors and sponsors of the event, who may use the data for promotional purposes. Objection against publication and circulation of this data may be made at any time until 3 weeks prior to the event and has to be made in writing to the organizer. Company’s name, city and country might be published on the internet as reference for upcoming Automotive Circle-conferences.

By registering you understand that your participation and attendance at the conference may be videotaped, filmed and/or audio recorded. You agree that the recording may be used for any lawful purposes that Vincentz Network, or its designees, in their sole discretion, may determine. The address data are processed for customer service and information purposes in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
