Accommodation is available at the conference hotel. We kindly remind you to make your own hotel reservation as soon as possible as the hotel capacities are limited and fully booked early.

The hotel offers special room rates from 143 € to 163 € depending on the room category. The mentioned room rates include 5 € breakfast per person and per day. Please refer to "Automotive Circle”.

The following cancellation conditions apply:

Room bookings can be cancelled free of charge up to 4 weeks before arrival. Up to 2 weeks before arrival 50 % of the room price will be charged, from 2 weeks before arrival 90 % will be charged.


Trust-Rate: 1.895 €* (for registrations received by 16 August 2020)
Early-bird: 2.095 €* (for registrations received by 16 October 2020)
Standard: 2.195 €*

Students will get 50 % discount on the current participation fee on presentation of a valid student ID.
* All prices plus 19 % German VAT. All conferences in Europe are subject to VAT. To reclaim, please contact your local tax office.


Fees including full conference participation, incl. conference materials and list of delegates, the authority for downloading the presentation on the internet, luncheons, catering and the participation in the evening networking event.


The conference will be translated simultaneously into English and German. Please note that the contents of lectures and presentations at simultaneously interpreted conferences are predominately composed in the English language.


Fees will be refunded in full if notice of cancellation is received by 16 October 2020. 50 % of the conference fees will be refunded in case notifi cation of cancellation is received later, but not later than 2 November 2020. Delegates who fail to attend without notifying the organiser will be liable for the whole conference fees. Substitutions of delegates may be made at any time. Cancellations and changes should be notified in writing. In all cases date of postmark shall apply. Any fees to be refunded will be paid after the end of the conference. In case of exceptional circumstances ("for good reasons") the organizer reserves the right to changes of programme or the cancellation of the event. In particular, the organizer is obligated to take such measures entitled, in cases of force majeure, due to official orders, in case of a hazardous situation for life, body or health of the participants. In these cases there is no obligation for the organizer to pay damages and / or reimbursement of expenses to the participants. In particular this applies to any cancellation fees of third parties (e.g. hotel bookings, train or flight tickets).


As participant of an event, you agree that data such as company, address (zip code, city, country), first name, name and job function of the attendee will be published on the list of participants. The list of participants is available to all participants of the event in printed and digital form within an event app. The list of participants could also be used by sponsors and exhibitors for advertising purposes. Objection against publication and circulation of your data may be made at any time until 3 weeks prior to the event and has to be made in writing to the organiser. The address data are processed for customer service and information purposes in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Company’s name, city and country might be published on the Internet as reference for upcoming Automotive Circle conferences.


By registering you understand that your participation and attendance at the event may be videotaped, filmed and/or audio recorded. You agree that the recording may be used for any lawful purposes that Vincentz Network, or its designees, in their sole discretion, may determine.
