Conference Fees include:
The conference fees include a hardcopy and CD-ROM of the conference proceedings and list of delegates. Also included are coffee and lunch breaks as well as the participation at the conference dinner.Cancellations:
Fees will be refunded in full if notice of cancellation is received up to 4 weeks before the start of the conference. 50% of the conference fees will be refunded if cancellation is received later, but not later than 2 weeks before the conference. In all cases postmark shall apply. Delegates who fail to attend without notifying the organiser will be liable for the whole conference fees. Cancellations and changes should be notified in writing. Substitutions of delegates may be made at any time. In all cases postmark shall apply. Any fees to be refunded will be paid after the end of the conference.Notice:
Photographs of delegates will be taken during the conference and may be used for promotional purposes. The address data are processed for customer service and information purposes in compliance with the German Federal Data Protection law. Company's name, city and country might be published on the internet as reference for upcoming conferences.
