The carbodies of the future will have to undergo radical changes if they are to accommodate new drive concepts, and mobility requirements and meet targets on CO2 emissions. But which concepts, materials and architectures are more likely to prevail? And how will this impact on the cost-effectiveness of production concepts in the year 2020+? FutureCarBody addresses these questions and also offers development engineers a new top-rate, international forum that will enable them to gain a concrete picture of the car bodies of the future. Naturally, it will also feature car body studies, concept vehicles and demonstrator presentations focusing on car body engineering aspects - live.
