Dynamic Beam Laser For E-Mobility Joining Applications
The arising challenges in joining applications for E-mobility require a new set of parameters to overcome defects considered inherent in welding with high feed rate or/and hard to weld materials such as hot cracks, spatter, porosity, and humping.
Dynamic Beam Laser is a new laser technology based on Coherent Beam Combining of fiber lasers opens a new set of parameters for laser welding which enables defect free welding of crack sensitive materials as Al 3xxx, Al 5xxx, Al 6xxx with feed rate of 500 mm/ sec. welding of dissimilar materials and copper welding.
