Insight @ Audi 2025

360factory at Audi Neckarsulm
How to modernize, digitalize and transform production

Economic efficiency, sustainability and flexibility in production – to achieve these goals, Audi is pursuing a holistic, sustainable approach. Only CO2-neutral vehicles will be produced in Neckarsulm from 2025.

But how to create the automotive production of the future? Insight@Audi Neckarsulm will answer this question.

A highlight on this path was the opening of the completely renewed paint shop a shop a few months ago, which applies the paint to the body in an even more environmentally friendly and energy-saving way. But the increased level of automation in body construction and innovative technologies in quality control are also further increasing sustainability. Components made from recycled materials reduce the use of resources and ensure a closed and therefore efficient and sustainable cycle. And new joining processes make production faster.

Insight@Audi Neckarsulm gives deep insights into the production of the future. Engineers will discuss current developments and projects to bring automotive production forward, its challenges but also opportunities. Experts from Audi, other OEM and recognized and innovative suppliers are looking forward to a detailed exchange.

A special highlight of the conference is the guided tour, which offers participants insights into the new production of the Audi A5/A6.
