SAFE TOGETHER - OUR HYGIENIC CONCEPT

slider
Be assured: We have answers to your Corona questions!

Conferences thrive on common ground, on discussions and encounters. This also applies in times of pandemics and for Automotive Circle. We will make sure that all this takes place with the usual intensity and emotionality by creating safe, contemporary conditions. Thus, Automotive Circle conferences remain an experience for everyone!

We are your host and service provider and we take this responsibility very seriously. We are actively available to answer all your questions about your participation. We want you to feel comfortable, from the moment you decide to take part in conference until long after your departure. We will organise a professional and practical framework so that you can relax and enjoy your participation. We always do this, but this time of course with even more emphasis in view of the pandemic situation.

We have developed a comprehensive, reliable and practicable concept. Our bundle of measures takes the official requirements as a starting point and implements them intelligently.

Simultaneously we support ALL parties effectively that are involved in each conference – visitors and exhibitors, set-up teams, service providers and partners. We do not leave you alone with Covid-19 but offer an allround service. Together we will plan for a modern, successful and safe conference.

What we do for you as a participant:

  • We implement Covid-19 requirements effectively, intelligently and practically. Your conference experience takes centre-stage.
  • We are making more space available – for conversations, encounters and movement.
  • Highest hygiene-standards: It goes without saying that we provide comprehensive security everywhere on the conference area, for everyone – visitors, exhibitors, service-teams. All of them. Always. Everywhere.

As the conditions adapt very quickly to the current pandemic situation, we will inform you about the current regulations approximately 2 - 4 weeks before the conference in detail.

Testing
Please note: Depending on the current Covid-19 regulations, you may have to present a negative antigen test, vaccination certificate or proof of recovery when you check in for the conference or at the hotel. As the conditions adapt very quickly to the current pandemic situation, we will inform you about the current regulations approximately 2 - 4 weeks before the conference. In any case, we will organise access for our participants, speakers, board members and partners as safely, conveniently and easily as possible.

icon
Social distancing
Important: Please observe a social distancing of 1.5 m between people in all areas. We will ensure that your participation in the conference is safe - from the individual planning of the entrance situation and the enlargement of areas to optimised entrance and exit management for the conference area. For example, we have adjusted the seating accordingly. Floor markings, and notices also serve as reminders to observe social distancing guidelines.

Face coverings
In general, all people are required to wear masks (FFP2 or surgical mask) in the interior spaces of the venue. Once seated in the conference room or during lunch breaks, the mask may be removed. In outdoor areas, it is mandatory to wear masks whenever minimum social distancing measures cannot be maintained. Please always carry a mask with you. If you forget or lose your mask, a supply of masks is available at the registration counter.

Please note that the regulations regarding the obligation to wear masks are continuously adapted to the current legal requirements. Therefore, please inform yourself about the current regulations promptly before the start of the event. We will continuously check whether and to what extent it is necessary to wear a face covering.

iconHand washing
We strongly recommend frequent and thorough hand washing. Hand washing and disinfection facilities designed with social distancing in mind are available for you.

icon
Sneezing and coughing
We kindly ask you to follow the usual etiquette regarding sneezing and coughing.

icon
Desinfection and cleaning
For your safety, we will regularly clean and disinfect high-touch surfaces (e.g. tables, handrails, door handles) as well as our sanitary facilities at more frequent intervals. You will find hand washing and disinfection facilities designed with social distancing in mind at all important places at the conference area.

icon
Health
Make your visit only if you are in good health. If you have been in contact with anyone infected with SARS-CoV-2 within the past 14 days or if you have symptoms of a respiratory tract infection or have an elevated temperature, this will unfortunately preclude you from attending the conference. If you feel unwell during the conference, please contact us or your hotel reception immediately by phone or email. We will then be happy to help you.

icon
Catering
Together with the conference venue, we have drawn up a comprehensive concept of catering during the conference that at least meets the legal requirements of the current situation.

Laser innovations highlighted

Back in presence in Bad Nauheim, EALA 2022, Automotive Circle's focus conference on all laser-based processes in automotive production, will again be dedicated to technical advances and application extensions of lasers in automotive manufacturing on February 8 and 9, 2022. With its network of international expert engineers, the conference once again explores the following questions:

  • What can today's laser technologies achieve in terms of production efficiency, joining quality and robustness?
  • What approaches do they offer for smart production concepts?
  • Where and under what conditions do lasers offer unique and qualitatively unrivalled solutions in automotive manufacturing today?
  • Where, how and with what quality can laser-based processes offer attractive solutions for the production of electric drive systems?
  • What can lasers contribute to the efficient production of hybrid or classic combustion engine powertrains?
  • Where can state-of-the-art industrial laser technologies offer new, more efficient solutions within the entire process chain of automotive production and beyond established application areas?

We are highly interested in your answers to these questions and cordially invite you to submit your proposal for a half-hour technical presentation on your ideas and development results. Please send us, using our submission form (see below), a short, English-language abstract containing your presentation title, name and contact details of the speaker(s), and a short summary describing your presentation content in a technical and non-promotional way
